1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Lovio. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are of legal age and have the right and authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Community Guidelines & Standards

Lovio is built on mutual respect and genuine connections. You agree not to:

• Post any abusive, hateful, defamatory, or harassing messages or photos.
• Impersonate any person or upload photos that are not your own.
• Solicit money, engage in commercial advertising, scams, or spam.
• Upload content that depicts illegal acts or non-consensual imagery.

3. Account Safety & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate our community standards. Users can block and report any inappropriate behavior immediately via the in-app reporting tools.

4. Child Safety Standards & CSAM Zero-Tolerance Policy

Lovio maintains an absolute, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), underage grooming, or any depiction of minors:

• Strict Age Restriction: Lovio is exclusively for consenting adults aged 18 and older. Any user discovered to be underage will have their account immediately and permanently banned.
• CSAM Prohibition: The creation, distribution, solicitation, or sharing of CSAM or CSAE content is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination and permanent device banning.
• Law Enforcement & NCMEC Reporting: We promptly report all suspected instances of CSAM or child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate global law enforcement authorities.
• In-App Reporting Mechanism: Users can flag and report suspicious profiles or messages instantly via the in-app reporting button. Reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours.
