How to Delete Your Lovio Account
You can delete your account and request complete erasure of your personal data at any time.
Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Instant)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Lovio mobile app:
- Open the Lovio app on your Android device.
- Go to your Profile tab (bottom right).
- Tap on Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion. Your account, profile photos, matches, and chats are instantly and permanently removed.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your phone, you can email our support team to manually erase your account:
Send an email to: support@lovio.app
Subject: Account & Data Deletion Request
Include your registered phone number or email address. We will verify and process your deletion within 48 hours.
What Data is Deleted?
- Your personal account information (name, email, phone number, bio, date of birth).
- All profile photographs.
- All matches, conversations, and chat messages.
- All swipe history and location coordinate records.
